Advance Planning:
a discipline, professionalized

The advance is one of the most critical components of a protective operation. It determines whether a principal moves from a position of knowledge or reaction, whether contingencies have been resolved or merely hoped for, whether the protection team stands on solid footing or with a diminished understanding of its environment. And yet, the advance has been overlooked by some within the executive protection industry — treated as something to do only if time allows, drafted in scattered notes, or skipped entirely. Protection specialists know its value; many also believe they cannot afford the time to do one. The industry is filled with exceptional men and women who excel at this work, but they have lacked the proper tools to demonstrate, in tangible form, the quality of the preparation behind it.

Until now. This platform exists to change that. Born from decades of dedicated service in both government and private-sector protection, it is the first product designed to professionalize the advance. The team behind it has run advances in the most volatile environments for government officials and in the most familiar ones for corporate executives and their families — operations that could not have looked more different. Yet one element remained constant across all of them: the advance itself. By centralizing every component of the advance into one structured workspace, the platform compresses the time required to produce a thorough product. Working through it is itself a memory-retention process; the discipline of capturing each piece in its proper place commits the plan to the protection specialist's mind in a way scattered notes cannot.

The industry has long approached advance work in fragmented, inconsistent ways. We have given it a tool that finally matches the seriousness of the job.
